But, you're absolutely right in your concerns regarding how that technology can be used, by corporate and law enforcement interests. That's why this case, and others like it, are so critical in drawing that line in the sand...one of which is the need for a warrant, or by the least, probable cause (which I still don't think is enough because that can be pretty weak), before a person can be tracked.
